It's that time of year. End of the Summer. Backyard barbeques. Corn hole. Last run on the lake before dusk. Drinking beer at the dock and watching the sun set. Good times. Our club's annual party is coming up on August 31st, and we hope most of you will come and celebrate. The Pleasant Hill marina will be providing fireworks. Summer took a while to actually arrive, and when it did, it was mostly soggy. However, we are all looking forward to spending more time out on the water, and hopefully, summer will take a little while to leave this year. If you're reading this blog post and are out on the lake, take a moment to look around and enjoy the beauty of our lake. Raft up with a couple of club members and enjoy the day. Carpe diem!
