I often wonder why people use the 1st of the year as a starting point to make changes in their lives. I mean, I do it to. But shouldn't we find motivation to start doing something to improve our health or our lives on one of the other 365 days? I'm just saying. Like everyone else, I'll assume, eating right and healthy, and exercising more is always at the top of the list. So, here goes. FYI, it takes a minimum of 21 days to change a behavior. 3 weeks. If you can hang in there that long, it's just that much easier to go the next 3 weeks, and so on! If you know someone who is trying to change a behavior (or break a habit) be supportive. You never know when you will be the person who needs the support. So, the more friends, family, co-workers that are there for you the closer you'll be to your goal! So, why not get outside and take a walk with your friends. Good luck and much success with your 2014 resolution!
