Acceptable Excuses
Acceptable Excuses for Missing Dock Days without paying monetary fee:
Major Medical reasons (will be brought to vote at the next board meeting)
Military deployment
If a member misses a Dock Day, has no one to replace them at the event, does not call in before the event with an acceptable excuse and does not attend the next occurring board meeting to explain an acceptable excuse, that person will be billed $50 after the event for each occurrence.
If a member is behind on paying one or more $50 No-Show fee(s) on a Dock Day no keys will be issued and that membership will be considered on hold (membership rights at least temporarily revoked).
If a member is behind a $50 No-Show fee, has not paid dues and does not show up to Dock Day with payment in full that membership will be revoked. If that member has the rights to a pontoon space it will be forfeited. If that member has the ownership of a power boat dock that member will need to sell it or consider it forfeited within 6 months.
Members who have not paid dues or $50 No-Show fee(s) before Dock Day must arrive with complete payment at the clubhouse ½ hour before the meeting starts.
