Pleasant Hill Boat Club Board Meeting

Hello Boat Club Members,

On June 7th, 2013 we had our monthly board meeting.  At this meeting we discussed numerous club issues.  The following list is a highlight of those issues.

1. We are definitely having a hog roast.  The hog roast will be on July 20th from 3:00pm till 7:00pm.  The party will be free to all members but donations will be accepted.  Please bring a covered dish to share.  Please see web site for full details.

2. We have decided to do some additional club house updates.  Will be installing new flooring, but the old tile floor will need to be removed.  If anyone wants to volunteer to remove some of the old tile it would be appreciated.
We have also installed central air in the club house.

Please use the club house.

3. The next board meeting will be July 12th  at 7:00pm.  We are asking all power boat dock owners to attend the meeting.  We would like to makedefinitive decisions about how to update the docks.  If you decide not to attend you may not like the decisions we make.  Please make an effort to attend.  We would like to have pizza and beer, so let Pat or I know if you are attending so we can order enough pizza.

4. Unfortunately we are having some items stolen from boats at the club.  So far fishing equipment and batteries have been stolen.  Please keep this in mind when leaving items in your boat.  If you see someone or something suspicious, please say something to them.

Thanks,

Kevin Hardesty,  Commodore
