Power Boat Docks are individually owned by members of the club. Keep in mind that purchased member docks need to be in good condition before they can go in the water during Dock In Day. Check with the Commodore to see if a dock you are considering purchasing is "lake ready." Any repairs need to be done BEFORE Dock in Day. Prices for these docks are privately negotiable, and can be found on the "Buy, Swap, Sell or Free" Page.
No one can sell their pontoon space directly to another person. It must go through the boat club first. Pontoon Walk-boards in good condition cost $125.
When a pontoon space is vacated, the boat club refunds $100 for a good condition walk-board & bunky board. The new occupant of the pontoon space is charged $125 for the same.
