PLEASANT HILL BOAT CLUB
NEWSLETTER: APRIL 14,2014

Good morning members,

The Board held their second meeting of the year on Friday April 11th. First
of all, Dock in Day will be held on Sunday May 4th at 9:00 am. All members need
to be present. If you can not attend that day please contact us and we can make
arrangements for you to do something at the club to make up for that day.

We have accomplished a lot of things over the winter. We have done some dredging.  We have replaced all the pontoon docks on the north side.  I have sent emails or contacted those members keeping them updated. The club will be installing eyelets for hookup on those docks. This will be done on Dock Day.

There has been extensive work done on the pontoon trailer. Everyone needs to make sure they sign out the trailer when using it. If something happens to the trailer please notify us right away. It is much easier to fix one thing at a time. If anyone needs someone to show them how to use or operate the trailer please contact Wayne Ousley.

If you haven’t been to the club yet this year the flood in December was not kind to us. There is a lot of debris, and cleanup to be done. Please feel free to bring any items, chain saws or equipment to help out, it will be greatly appreciated.

There will be two hog roasts this year. First one being on Sunday of Memorial Weekend. This hog roast will be small kind of a kick off for the summer. We will furnish the hog, and everyone bring a covered dish and drinks.

If you have a power boat dock, it is your responsibility to have it ready to go in the water. If it does not meet club standards it will not go in the water. If you have any questions or need to know anything please call.

Thank You

Pat Ousley – 419-883-3094
